Participant cancellations
Registration fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a registered participant cannot attend, a name-transfer request may be submitted under the Delegate Name-Transfer Policy.
Event cancellation
If Falcon Business Research cancels the event and does not provide a replacement date, registered participants will be offered a refund of the event registration fee paid. Travel, accommodation, visa and other third-party costs remain the participant’s responsibility.
Postponement or material change
If the event is postponed, registrations will normally transfer to the rescheduled dates. The event team will communicate the available options directly to registered participants.
Requests
Send requests from the purchaser’s registered work email to events@fb-research.com, including the order reference and attendee name. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.
